Give a personal piece of jewelry as a gift

Someone's birthday, an anniversary or a friendship that needs to be celebrated? Give a personal piece of jewelry as a gift. A piece of jewelry is a beautiful gift in itself, but it becomes even more beautiful if you provide the piece of jewelry with a personal message. Nice for couples, but also mother – daughter, for fathers, for mothers and anyone who deserves something special.

When can you give a piece of jewelry as a gift?

Jewelry is naturally beautiful and gives that little bit of extra charm and appearance. In addition, they are indispensable accessories that can underline your outfit in the right way. However, if you opt for a personalized piece of jewelry, you add an extra touch to it. And then you don't necessarily have to wait until your wedding day, because there are plenty of other occasions for which you can surprise someone with a personal gift.

Think of a daughter who passed her diploma and who earns something extra. A personalized piece of jewelry is of course also the perfect gift for Mother's Day or Father's Day. And wait that you love a beautiful ring or pendant for your best friend? Also nice to give if you are in a relationship. Or surprise a young mother with a personalized piece of jewelry.

When a child is born, a bracelet is often also chosen with the name of the little one on it. Not only nice to receive, but also nice to give. Always consult with the parents, to prevent the baby from having several bracelets in the future.

As you can see, there are plenty of reasons to give a personal gift.

Choosing the right jewelry

Of course there is plenty of choice when it comes to jewelry. Depending on the occasion and the recipient, you can tailor your choice accordingly. A ring is also a good option for a man. For a mother (to be) or a friend you can also opt for a silver engraved heart, which is an absolute eye-catcher in combination with a beautiful silver necklace. But there are many more choices:how about a beautiful bracelet or a personalized charm for a bracelet. As long as there is some space, you can personalize a piece of jewelry.

Give a personal piece of jewelry

There are many options when it comes to personalizing the chosen piece of jewelry. This again depends on your own preference and the available space on the jewelry. A text is fairly standard, but is still often chosen. Certainly for a ring, both on the inside and the outside, this is a good option. As far as the text itself is concerned, you can choose from standard letters or supply your own text that is then placed on the jewelry, for example in your handwriting.

Another option is to opt for a fingerprint. This can be done on pendants as well as on a wider ring. Ideal to never forget a loved one and to add something personal to a piece of jewelry. The fingerprint is often combined with a name or date of birth.

A great idea for Mother's or Father's Day is to give a charm or pendant in combination with a necklace with a drawing of the children. The drawing is then scanned and made to measure and then transferred to the jewellery. This immortalizes the drawing and the father or mother always carries a very personal gift from the children. It can't get much more personal than this. You can then, for example, have the names of the children engraved on the back and possibly a date.

My daughter was surprised with a personal ring

A while ago my daughter was surprised by her boyfriend with a very nice silver ring. A personal message was engraved on the outside, as well as on the inside. The ring is very popular and my daughter wears it almost all the time. The ring is made of matte silver and is 3 mm wide. The engraving makes it a personal piece of jewelry that she is not only very happy with, but is also a beautiful eye-catcher on her finger.

In addition to your wedding ring, have you received or given a personal piece of jewelry from someone? Let me know.
